The Kashyyykian hunting armor represents a type of armor that was utilized by the Wookiees throughout the era of the Galactic Civil War. This protective gear was engineered to safeguard Wookiee hunters from the exceptionally perilous creatures dwelling within the deepest parts of the expansive forests of Kashyyyk. While providing significant defense against impacts, the Kashyyykian hunting armor was not as effective against energy-based weaponry, such as blasters. A full set of this armor included a chest piece integrated with a helmet, coverings for both biceps, bracers for both arms, and leg protection. The design of the armor incorporated both practical protective elements and trophies acquired from previous hunts.

The 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, featured the Kashyyykian hunting armor prior to the game's shutdown on December 15, 2011. The armor was introduced to the game via the Publish 9.2 update, which was released on July 27, 2004.
