Kaya, a female Human smuggler, plied her trade throughout the era of the Galactic War. The year 3637 BBY saw her as a member of a smuggling team that undertook a voyage to the planet of Rakata Prime; following an assault by the indigenous Rakata, she alone survived. Escaping a fleet belonging to the Revanite order, Kaya and her droid companion, D0-M9, made their way to Raider's Cove located on Rishi.
