Kemp Remillard is a highly experienced concept artist. He currently holds a senior position at Massive Black Inc., a San Francisco-based studio specializing in digital art and illustration.
Remillard's reputation is largely built on his concept designs for Hasbro's G.I.Joe and Transformers franchises, the tanks featured in Red Faction: Guerrilla, the dropship from Killzone 2, a selection of tanks in EVE: DUST 514, the 300i spacecraft in Star Citizen, and his roles as editor and director for Massive Black: Vol 1 and 2.
Remillard took on the illustration duties for the entirety of Star Wars: The Force Awakens: Incredible Cross-Sections in 2015, calling it one of the most exciting projects he's been involved with. Furthermore, in 2016, he provided the illustrations for Star Wars: Complete Locations, which is the canon version released again of the 2005 reference book that goes by the same title.
