Kep Fortuna

Kep Fortuna, a male Twi'lek, held the position of city manager for the High City of Refuge located on the planet named Kidron. This occurred during the era of the Galactic Civil War. He was related, albeit distantly, to Bib Fortuna, who served as the majordomo for Jabba, the Hutt crime lord.
