Kerred Santhe II was a Human of the male variety. He was the offspring of Kerred Santhe, an industrial magnate who held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Santhe/Sienar Technologies. After his father's death, which was caused by the Sith Lord known as Darth Plagueis, Santhe II took over the family business and became its new head. He began a lifestyle characterized by excessive drinking and gambling. This led to him accumulating millions of credits in debt to Black Sun, a criminal syndicate. Black Sun threatened to reveal Santhe's financial troubles if he didn't settle his accounts. Fearing that such a scandal could lead to his removal as CEO by the Santhe/Sienar board, who might then replace him with his competitor Narro Sienar, Santhe sought assistance from an unnamed Force-sensitive Shi'ido gambler. This certain individual managed to win significant sums of money through gambling, which were then deposited into Santhe's account. Nevertheless, Plagueis eventually discovered the Shi'ido's scheme and intervened to stop it. Ultimately, Sienar replaced Santhe as the CEO.
Kerred Santhe the Second is referenced within the pages of Darth Plagueis, a novel authored by James Luceno and released in 2012.
