Keshiri Burial Cairns

The Keshiri Burial Cairns represented a vast tomb complex utilized by the Keshiri, who were the native sentient species originating from the planet known as Kesh. These cairns were situated below the Circle Eternal within Tahv, which served as the capital city for the Lost Tribe of Sith on the planet. In the aftermath of the Great Calamity, the marooned Jedi progenitors of the Doomed concealed a starship deep inside the burial cairns. Circa 2974 BBY, Parlan Spinner, a Lost Tribe castaway, made an attempt to defile the burial cairns, but his efforts were thwarted by Takara Hilts, the Prefect of the Tahv Constabulary. Despite this, Spinner was able to escape, but was later apprehended after a failed assassination attempt against Grand Lord Varner Hilts.

Following the Battle of Sessal Spire, Kaliska, the leader of the Doomed, divulged the existence and location of the Last Hope to both Spinner and Hilts. She endeavored to persuade Spinner to destroy the starship. Spinner then went back to the burial cairns and succeeded in reactivating the Last Hope, briefly piloting it into the upper reaches of the atmosphere. Subsequently, Spinner employed the starship to vanquish the ancient Dark Jedi known as Remulus Dreypa, which resulted in his elevation to hero status within Kesh's Sith society. The burial cairns, together with the front courtyard of the Circle Eternal, sustained damage during the starship's takeoff.
