Kevan 8 was a place situated within the galaxy. Following a breakout from a correctional facility on Kevan 8, it was rumored that an inmate who fled obtained a skeleton key courtesy of the head guard Mattis Coto at the Devshi correctional institution, an individual who was later encountered by the Jedi leader Mace Windu.
