Kevin Layne, a British actor, is known for his role as "Resistance Bomber Pilot #1" – the character Finch Dallow – in Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi, a 2017 film. Furthermore, he played a submarine pilot in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom; and a freedom fighter in L'intervention, a 2019 war film co-produced by France and Belgium.
