Qymaen jai Sheelal, a khagan The title of Khagan signified the Supreme Military Commander within the Kolkpravis military structure, a position initially occupied by Qymaen jai Sheelal. The khanate organizational structure encompassed multiple brigades, with each khanate being supervised by one of the eight khans belonging to the Izvoshra.
