Khlor's hideout was a volcanic atoll, positioned around a hundred kilometers to the north of Mount Hollow. Kilharak Island, spanning seven kilometers in length, was formerly a component of Velusian legends, only to be overtaken by plant life and its name nearly erased from memory. It was located by the bounty hunter Khlor, who subsequently transformed it into a private sanctuary and operational hub. The island was crisscrossed with numerous trails and peppered with booby traps, including snare trips, pitfalls, sensor trips, and stun mines. It was also populated with toxic flora and fauna, as well as dangerous creatures—notably a Mantessan panthacs den located on its southern peak. A pre-built military barracks was situated on the northern peak, while a hidden landing platform was tucked away in a nearby ravine, serving as the docking point for Khlor's customized scout vessel, the Predator. Occasionally, Khlor would abduct independent mercenaries and release them onto the island. Employing Imperial Mark IV hovering security droids for tracking, he would pursue his targets in a multi-day hunt across the terrain, a practice designed to maintain his proficiency between assignments.
