A particular type of winged creature existed on the world known as Kilmaulsias within the Vorzyd Cluster. This creature eventually underwent an evolutionary process, transforming into the intelligent Kilmaulsi race. These beings originally possessed vibrant plumage under their chins and were capable of aerial movement via wings. However, the Kilmaulsi people no longer have wings or the ability to fly, though they still possess the feathers.
This race was first described in Geonosis and the Outer Rim Worlds, a sourcebook published by Wizards of the Coast. It was released in 2004 as a supplement for their Star Wars Roleplaying Game.
