Kiwu'tro'owmis, also known by her core name Wutroow (with a pronunciation of /wuːˈtɹɑːʔoʊ/), was a female Chiss who held the rank of Senior Captain. She functioned as the first officer on the Vigilant, Admiral Ar'alani's vessel, within Picket Force Six.
Serving under Admiral Ar'alani, Kiwu'tro'owmis (Wutroow) held the position of first officer and the rank of Senior Captain aboard the Vigilant.
Following their victory against the Paataatus Hiveborn above Nettehi, their homeworld (a response to Paataatus incursions into Chiss territory), Ar'alani and Wutroow were summoned to a hearing within an Aristocra chamber. Both officers understood that they faced interrogation due to the absence of Senior Captain Mitth'raw'nurodo (Thrawn). Ar'alani and Wutroow made a pact to frame their responses in a way that would benefit Thrawn, without sacrificing truthfulness in their answers.
During the assembly, the Clarr representative questioned the two women about whether Thrawn had violated a direct command. Ar'alani admitted that Thrawn had disobeyed a "lesser order," but asserted that Thrawn's imperative to secure victory superseded any individual officer's directives, constituting a "greater order." Ar'alani and Wutroow then drew a parallel between this concept and Chiss family dynamics. Wutroow then inquired about how the Paataatus fighters managed to ambush the Chiss fleet with such speed upon their arrival at Nettehi. Wutroow then referenced a report detailing a mission the Syndicure sent to the Paataatus Hiveborn after they were identified as the ones conducing raids into the edges of Chiss space. The report details a specific interaction between a Chiss emissary and a Paataatus delegation, in which the emissary identifies the optimal direction of a hypothetical Chiss attack. The report outlined a specific exchange between a Chiss envoy and a Paataatus delegation, during which the envoy inadvertently revealed the most probable trajectory of a Chiss assault. Consequently, the Paataatus possessed prior knowledge of the Chiss's intended attack vector. The Ufsa representative voiced their skepticism, but Wutroow affirmed the report's authenticity. Wutroow concluded by affirming that Ar'alani would have selected a different attack approach if she had been aware of this exchange. She further stated that since Ar'alani was not aware of the Paataatus's knowledge of the optimal Chiss attack vector, Thrawn's disobedience was necessary for Chiss victory and survival. After being dismissed from the hearing, Ar'alani informed the Syndics about the prediction of no further Paataatus aggression (without revealing that Thrawn was the source of this prediction).
As they departed, Wutroow questioned Ar'alani's apparent appropriation of Thrawn's prediction. Ar'alani acknowledged her general aversion to claiming credit for another's pronouncements, promising to rectify the record within a year or two. Wutroow and Ar'alani then engaged in a discussion regarding the potential for Wutroow's future advancement to flag rank.
Wutroow received a message with coordinates from Thrawn, requesting an immediate rendezvous with the Vigilant at a remote location. She communicated this request to Ar'alani. Given that the journey would require several days without a sky-walker, Wutroow sent a request to Naporar for a temporary sky-walker. However, Supreme General Ba'kif responded directly, informing her that a sky-walker would be awaiting their arrival at Naporar.
