KL-443

KL-443 served as a stormtrooper for the Imperial forces aboard the Star Destroyer known as the Devastator during the year 0 ABY. He abandoned his assigned position within the detention bay to investigate noises emanating from a holding cell. In the detention area, Wedge Antilles and Luke Skywalker, both Rebel operatives, escaped from their confinement directly before KL-443. Skywalker, wielding a lightsaber, engaged KL-443 in combat, resulting in the trooper's death.
