Kliap sector

The Kliap sector was situated in the Colonies region, sharing a border with the Barma sector. Within its boundaries lay the Vasuuli system, the location of the Vasuuli relay station, a vital communications hub managed by the Rebel Alliance.

The Rebel comm center, positioned on the asteroid AX-456 within the Barma sector, was interconnected with similar communication hubs in both the adjacent Kliap and Haldeen sectors. When AX-456 underwent an assault by the military forces belonging to the Galactic Empire during 1 BBY, the Rebellion urgently deployed a strike team from the Vasuuli relay station to the asteroid.

Sometime around 2 ABY, the Ithorian pirates known as the Venithon Twins were employed by the Kliap Pirates, a well-known pirate group infamous for performing flamboyant raids within the Kliap sector.
