Klonoid, a planet located within the galaxy, became the location of a rebel cell during the early rebellion against the Galactic Empire; this cell consisted of individuals who stood in opposition to the Galactic Empire. Lando Calrissian once planned to travel to Klonoid with Rikarda on the Stellar Sun in order to acquire droid components; however, upon discovering that the Varluk Organization had absconded with his puffer pig, he diverted his course to Zyzar.
