Kushibah, a planet located within the Gordian Reach sector of the Outer Rim Territories, served as the original world of the underdeveloped lagomorph species known as the Kushiban. The most well known individual from this species was the Jedi Master named Ikrit. This world lacked urban centers and possessed only rudimentary technology.
The Kushibans who naturally inhabited the planet primarily engaged in agriculture and the craft of weaving. They gained recognition for their handcrafted fabrics, a process that entailed cultivating silkweed, integrating it with fur collected through daily grooming, and subsequently spinning it into thread. This thread was then utilized to create a diverse array of colorful cloths and tapestries.
The planet further harbored the menacing xinkra, towering predators reaching heights of three meters, inspiring dread among the other indigenous life forms. Ikrit once shielded his community from a group of these beasts by employing the Force to persuade the xinkra to find sustenance in a different location.
