Leong held a position within the ranks of the Infiltrators. While deployed to Bevell Three, Leong, as part of a five-member squad that also included Jai Raventhorn, fell victim to an ambush orchestrated by a wing of TIE Bombers, after the Empire received information that compromised their location.
The aerial assault decimated the landscape, and Leong suffered critical wounds that ultimately proved fatal; he passed away during the journey back to the medical frigate.
