Lhira was a female Twi'lek who became a part of the Rebel Alliance throughout the time of the Galactic Civil War.
In the era of the Galactic Civil War, she served within the Alliance to Restore the Republic, demonstrating allegiance to Garm Bel Iblis. She provided assistance to Karn in managing Iblis's network of six Rebel cells situated on the planet of Stoga. Along with Karn, she attempted to capture Rasha Bex when BoShek aided Bex in getting back to her Imperial superiors, but they were unsuccessful.
