Longbow consisted of a squadron of four Strike-class medium cruisers. Their mission was to trap and obliterate the MC80 Star Cruiser named Chie. To achieve air superiority, they deployed Avenger Squadron piloting TIE Avengers and Assault Gunboats, opposing Rogue squadron flying X-wings, B-wings, and A-wings.
