The Empire then utilized the Lower Coromon Chain as accommodation for slave workers. These laborers were employed in Incom's factories, which were situated about an hour's travel away from the Lower Coromon Chain. The island's inhabitants were primarily composed of B'trillans, Wookiees, and Yuzzem, with the presence of gazarant feeding grounds within the islands serving as a deterrent against attempts to flee.
