The lower division constituted a sector within the city of Ro Station, situated on the planet Pantora. This area encompassed a skyway along with a minimum of one maintenance tower. During the early years of the Imperial Era, the young clone known as Omega found herself stranded at the summit of a maintenance tower located in the lower division, as she was being actively chased by the bounty hunter named Fennec Shand. Omega narrowly avoided a fatal fall from the tower; however, Shand intervened and caught her, driven by her objective to capture the girl alive.
