The lurca kennels served as the housing location for multiple lurca hounds within the Galactic Empire's Tantiss Base. This area comprised numerous individual enclosures, each designed to hold a single lurca hound. These kennels were furnished with straw bedding and featured tunnels providing the hounds access to the exterior of the base. During her time as a prisoner at Tantiss Base, the young clone Omega was assigned the task of feeding the lurca hounds, which led to her developing a connection with one particular hound that she named "Batcher."
