Magma stormtrooper

A magma trooper. Stormtroopers of Magma, also known as lavatroopers or magma troopers, represented a unique branch within the Imperial stormtrooper ranks. Their specialized training equipped them for operations within geologically active areas. Their duties included suppressing rebellions and other forms of resistance on volcanic mining planets such as Mustafar and Sullust. They also protected volcanic mines rich in valuable ores from attacks by Rebel forces. The Magma trooper armor was custom-built to endure extremely high temperatures, even with some direct exposure to volcanic magma. Duravlex reinforced the armor, allowing it to withstand temperatures reaching up to 1,900 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, magma troopers utilized SS-Mobile-tech flamethrowers and powerful blasters in their operations.
