This novel, with the working title Mandorla, was planned by Alex Irvine to take place during the era of the old Jedi Knights, and Nomi Sunrider was slated to appear. The intended timeframe was "just prior to the Knights of the Old Republic narrative." However, its cancellation was officially announced on February 29, 2012.
