The Mashi Horansi, also known as the "Night Stalkers", represented a unique subspecies of the Horansi people, exclusively found on the planet Mutanda.
These beings formed lifelong partnerships, with the male taking on the responsibility of raising offspring. Although capable of operating technological devices, they generally felt uneasy around them. Nevertheless, a number of Mashi migrated to Justa and successfully integrated into its technological society.
