Massacre on Ruusan

The Massacre on Ruusan represents a significant conflict from the era of the New Sith Wars.

As a strategic move, the Brotherhood of Darkness deployed their forces to execute a feigned attack against the Jedi forces commanded by General Kiel Charny. Simultaneously, the Dark Lords gathered in a remote location to form a meditation circle, away from the main conflict zone.

ThoughtBomb-JvS4 The repercussions of the Force wave unleashed by the Sith lords are depicted here. Under the guidance of Darth Bane, who had recently returned, the Sith collectively generated a surge of Force energy. This wave of devastation wreaked havoc on the Army of Light and scarred the landscape of Ruusan.

However, their complete triumph was interrupted when Skere Kaan abandoned the meditation circle. He led his fellow Lords in a more conventional aerial assault, utilizing swoop vehicles, against the weakened Jedi forces. Despite Bane's urging for the departing Sith to regroup and finish their task, Kopecz cautioned him that Kaan and the other Lords had broken away due to fear of Bane's growing power and ambition, which they had sensed through their connection.

Meanwhile, a contingent of 300 Jedi Knights under the command of Lord Valenthyne Farfalla arrived after concluding their engagement with King Lahzar. They successfully navigated the Sith blockade above Ruusan, arriving just in time to assist in repelling Kaan's offensive. Amidst the chaos following the battle, the young Padawan Darovit chose to join the Sith, but only after eliminating the severely wounded and helpless Kiel Charny.
