The Meshakia system's position was within the Likasha sector, situated inside the Slice region of the Mid Rim. This star system served as the homeworld for the people known as the Meshakians.
This Meshakia system first appeared in the 2009 publication titled The Essential Atlas. This reference book, written by Daniel Wallace together with Jason Fry, specified its location as grid square Q-14.
