The Umbaran Militia
A militia represented a local defense force, typically composed of residents of a specific area. For instance, the Umbaran Militia served to protect the planet of Umbara throughout the duration of the Clone Wars. Similarly, the Royal Onderon Militia was associated with the Royal Court of Onderon. Furthermore, during the Imperial Era, the moon called Epiphany had its own militia, which operated as part of the Salient Battle Group.
