434 Deathhammer
The 434 DeathHammer, alternatively referred to as the Model 434 heavy blaster pistol, was a widely used heavy blaster pistol produced by Merr-Sonn Munitions, Inc..
Description
Due to its substantial durasteel plating (resulting in a weight of 1.2 kg) and potent firepower that rivaled some blaster rifles, the compact blaster pistol Model 434 was affectionately called "DeathHammer" by its users.
Priced at 650 credits, the DeathHammer was a favorite weapon among bounty hunters, mercenaries, and other professional shooters, especially on planets like Tatooine. Its commonality in those fields led to owners frequently customizing their DeathHammers with decorations and modifications.
History
A Model 434 was used by the Kubaz informant, Garindan. It is also known that the gunslinger named Gallandro employed a Model 434 in combat situations.
