Moular, a member of the Rebel Alliance, belonged to an unidentified species from Banas. He was related to Halorum, who dispatched him to aid Commander Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa in their escape from the planet Banas amidst the Galactic Civil War. To facilitate their departure, Moular supplied a starship, simultaneously embracing the rebel cause. Furthermore, Moular maintained close surveillance of the Galactic Empire's actions and was responsible for staying in touch with the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
