Murr
The Murr species represented a sturdy, yet intellectually limited, breed of pack animals originating from Ithor, which served as the homeworld for the Ithorian people. Additionally, "Murr" functioned as a personal name for Ithorian males.
Behind the scenes
The initial reference to the Murr species occurred within the pages of the Galactic Campaign Guide, a 2003 reference volume. This book, intended for use with the Star Wars Roleplaying Game, was authored by Peter M. Schweighofer and J.D. Wiker, and released by Wizards of the Coast.
