Myleena Dystra

Myleena Dystra, a Human female, served the New Republic Security Force as an agent. She was born into affluence on the planet of Coruscant, raised in luxury by her wealthy Coruscanti parents within the confines of palatial estates and exclusive private schools. At thirteen, her life took a dark turn when she was incarcerated in a Galactic Empire readjustment camp, operated by the Imperial Commission for the Preservation of the New Order. This followed the arrest of her parents, who vanished, accused of sympathizing with the Alliance to Restore the Republic after the dissolution of the Imperial Senate. She was liberated from the camp by Special Operations of the Rebel Alliance and found refuge in a foster home. Motivated by her parents' fate, Dystra joined law enforcement under the newly established New Republic, becoming an agent of the New Republic Security Force. She quickly distinguished herself as a highly effective police officer, known for her numerous arrests. However, her zeal often led to unnecessary risks, resulting in her being wounded twice in the line of duty.

Biography

Born on the Core World planet of Coruscant in 13 BBY during the Galactic Empire's reign, Myleena Dystra was a Human female. Her upbringing was one of privilege, as her mother and father, both affluent Coruscanti, ensured she lived in a palatial estate and attended exclusive private schools. The course of her life dramatically changed when Emperor Palpatine disbanded the Imperial Senate in 0 BBY. Imperial stormtroopers seized the Senate Building, detaining and arresting hundreds, including Dystra's parents. They disappeared, never to be seen again by their daughter. Dystra later learned of their involvement with the Alliance to Restore the Republic, the Rebel Alliance, which opposed the Empire. Now an orphan, Dystra fell under the control of the Empire's political organization, the Commission for the Preservation of the New Order (COMPNOR), and was sent to a readjustment camp for Imperial indoctrination focused on the philosophy of the New Order. Not long after her arrival at the COMPNOR camp, a Special Operations team from the Rebel Alliance rescued Dystra, relocating her to a Rebel safeworld. There, she was raised in a Rebel Alliance foster home, learning to honor her parents' ideals. As she matured, Dystra resolved to dedicate herself to her parents' cause. Following the Rebel Alliance's victory and the establishment of the New Republic as the new galactic power, she became an agent within the New Republic Security Force (NRSF). Dystra quickly proved to be a very capable police officer, building an impressive arrest record. She participated in several significant operations, sustaining injuries in two separate incidents. She came close to death the second time she was injured in action.
