Medcenter N-One was a medical facility situated in Sector N-One of the original Death Star, a medcenter. This facility housed an Operating Theater in addition to a minimum of one Surgical Suite. Key medical staff assigned here encompassed Kornell Divini, Zam Stenza, Abu Banu, and Roa.

Its destruction occurred in 0 BBY during the Battle of Yavin, concurrent with the complete annihilation of the Death Star.
