Na'daz was a male Twi'lek Sith Lord renowned for his exceptional lightsaber combat skills, existing towards the end of the New Sith Wars. During a visit to Nal Hutta, Na'daz encountered a young Force-sensitive Twi'lek slave named Kas'im, whom he purchased. Taking the boy to the Outer Rim planet of Ryloth, Na'daz trained him to be his apprentice. In 1010 BBY, his apprentice challenged Na'daz to a lightsaber duel, resulting in Na'daz being killed. Subsequently, Kas'im gifted Na'daz's lightsaber to his own student, Bane.
Living during the concluding period of the New Sith Wars, Na'daz was a male Twi'lek Sith Lord. He demonstrated great skill in combat, wielding a curved-hilt lightsaber. Later in his life, Na'daz journeyed to the Mid Rim world of Nal Hutta where he discovered a young Force-sensitive Twi'lek slave by the name of Kas'im. Na'daz bought the boy, transporting him to the Outer Rim planet of Ryloth, and there he trained him to become his Sith apprentice.
By 1010 BBY, Kas'im had surpassed his master in both his connection to the Force and his prowess in lightsaber combat. Consequently, he challenged Na'daz to a duel. Na'daz was overcome and killed by his own apprentice, who claimed Na'daz's lightsaber as a victor's prize. Eventually, Kas'im rose to become one of the most formidable lightsaber duelists of his era, instructing numerous young Sith at the Sith Academy located on Korriban. Later, Kas'im passed Na'daz's lightsaber on to his own apprentice, Bane, who would ultimately become a Dark Lord of the Sith after his victory over his rival apprentice, Sirak.
His apprentice, Kas'im, regarded Na'daz as a great Sith Lord, and he was a highly skilled lightsaber duelist, a skill he imparted to Kas'im. Na'daz fought with a curved-hilt lightsaber that emitted a red blade, which his apprentice seized after killing him. Furthermore, Na'daz instructed Kas'im in the use of a double-bladed lightsaber.
Na'daz was mentioned only once in Star Wars canon, specifically in Drew Karpyshyn's 2006 novel titled Darth Bane: Path of Destruction.
