Nardi Shodu was a Rodian female who existed during the Galactic Republic's concluding decades. In 22 BBY, a year, she journeyed to the Outlander Club situated on the planet of Coruscant accompanied by the Human Booton Piton for some task. Shodu and Piton walked into the establishment, arm in arm, right before Obi-Wan Kenobi, a Jedi Knight, and his Padawan, Anakin Skywalker, who were present to apprehend Zam Wesell, a bounty hunter.
Nardi Shodu's initial appearance was in the 2002 movie, Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, where an uncredited extra portrayed her. This extra, actually a man, participated in an interview alongside the extra who played Necil Sing; this footage was featured in web documentaries released on StarWars.com. Furthermore, this short documentary, entitled "A twinkle beyond Pluto," was included as an extra feature on the Episode II DVD. Shodu's name was first revealed in the 2004 article "Who's Who in the Outlander Club: It's Ladies' Night", penned by Daniel Wallace and featured in Star Wars Insider issue 75.
