Neena

Neena was a musician hailing from Alderaan. She was a Human female who resided within the Minos Cluster.

Biography

Growing up in the home of Bail Organa, Neena exhibited musical aptitude, prompting Organa to enroll her in an academy beyond their world to master the string oscillator. While she was studying, the first Death Star annihilated Alderaan. Deeply affected by this disaster, Neena attempted to reach out to her close acquaintance, Leia Organa. However, lacking financial support from the Organa household, she found herself stuck.

Lacking other options, Neena started performing on interstellar liners, hoping to find passage to someone she knew, but her attempts were largely unsuccessful. After several months of this, she relented and soon earned a reasonable, though unfulfilling, income by entertaining the pleasure-seeking inhabitants of Adarlon in the Minos Cluster. It was there that Drun Cairnwick, an agent of the Rebel Alliance, contacted her, enlisting her in the Rebellion and dispatching her to the sector headquarters on Travnin.

At The Grand Design spacer's bar on Travnin, Neena cultivated a strong reputation and attempted to secure a performance gig on the Victory-class Star Destroyer The Chariot to gather intel on the sector Moff. She arranged for free traders who frequented the bar to deliver supplies to local Rebels on behalf of the underworld character Tecknel Shnick. She was successful in obtaining information about The Chariot, which she then passed on to Rebel operatives during the Cluster's uprising.

She was also known to associate with smugglers and other similar individuals of questionable character, and once engaged a struggling smuggling crew to pilfer a shipment of prototype holocorders from the Nadir Corporation. Upon their successful return with the holocorders, she had LREED dispose of the items, compensated the crew with 4,000 credits, and offered them a job to deliver a holocrystal and a business card to her acquaintance at Pwosson Pictures on Adarlon. She encouraged the group to seek her out whenever they found themselves back on Travnin.

Personality and traits

Those who met Neena often described her as "cute." She had brown hair that reached her waist, which often interfered with her activities.

Neena was known for her friendly demeanor, charmingly mischievous nature, and captivating smile. However, the devastating memories of losing her friends on Alderaan made her reserved and hindered her ability to form close relationships. She was a staunch believer in the Rebellion and held great respect for those who risked their lives to defeat the Galactic Empire.
