The "New Freedom" mural graced the Senate Chamber's back wall within the Lothal City Capitol Building located on Lothal. It showcased the spherical, pale structures of Capital City, alongside representations of Lothal's historical economic foundations: fishing and farming enterprises.
The artistic influence for this mural came from the Works Progress Aadministration program's artwork in the United States during the beginning of the twentieth century.
