Nima Maas, daughter of Governor Ilov Maas and a female Human, was also the offspring of an Imperial operative who feigned allegiance to Rebel supporter Temo Dionisio. Her assignment was to assassinate the Rebel politician; however, before she could complete this task, Nok Derrick abducted Dionisio. Subsequently, she engaged the services of bounty hunter Greedo to locate Dionisio. Upon Greedo's discovery of Dionisio, Nima attempted to eliminate both of them, but the Rodian successfully killed her by launching a concealed blade into her neck.
