Nina Fallon is a visual effects coordinator employed by Industrial Light & Magic. She contributed to both Star Wars Episodes II and III, and also portrayed Stass Allie in the latter film.
Fallon's professional journey commenced as a visual effects coordinator on Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones (2002, George Lucas), where she worked for ILM. She furthered her career by working on other visual effects-heavy films like Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003, Jonathan Mostow) and Van Helsing (2004, Stephen Sommers).
Subsequently, Fallon returned to the Star Wars universe to serve as one of the visual effects coordinators for Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith (2005, George Lucas). In addition to her behind-the-scenes role, she also acted in the movie and made an appearance in the DVD bonus feature, Within a Minute: The Making of Episode III.

Between Episode I and Episode II, George Lucas attempted to re-cast the roles of background Jedi with different actors whenever the original performers were not available. This occurred with characters such as Eeth Koth and Adi Gallia, but the replacement actors, even in disguise, were distinct enough to effectively become new characters (namely, Agen Kolar and Stass Allie, respectively). Following this, Lucas decided that if an actor portraying a Jedi could not return for Episode III, that Jedi would be replaced altogether with a new character. Lily Nyamwasa, the actress originally playing Stass Allie, was asked to reprise her role, but she was unavailable for pick-up shots. Consequently, Lucas replaced Nyamwasa with Tace Bayliss for the Council scenes, and with visual effects coordinator Nina Fallon for her death scene on Saleucami (however, Nyamwasa remains the canon representation of the character, as seen in reference books and action figures).
Fallon continued her career as a visual effects coordinator on Mission: Impossible III (2006, J.J. Abrams). Her next major project was the highly anticipated 300 (2006, Zack Snyder), which was based on Frank Miller's graphic novel adaptation of the Battle of Thermopylae. On this film, she served as the visual effects line producer. She has continued in this role with Canadian films such as Nitro (2007, Alain Desrochers), Continental, a Film Without Guns (2007, Stéphane LaFleur), and C'est pas moi, je le jure! (2008, Philippe Falardeu).
