The Noghri were a sapient race indigenous to the planet Honoghr. Characterized by their grey skin, a series of horns along their cranium, they moved using all four limbs. The Noghri were distinguished by their fighting prowess and exceptional olfactory perception.
Possessing a humanlike form, Noghri had a trunk, one head, a pair of arms, and a pair of legs. Completely bald and sinewy, they presented with grey skin and a line of small horns on the top of their heads. Each of their hands and feet had four extended digits. Although they could stand erect, ambulating with a primate-like walk, the Noghri were able to run using all four limbs and demonstrated the ability to leap to great heights and over long distances. They also possessed a highly developed sense of smell.
A single Noghri was present on Wecacoe during Captain Cassian Andor's journey there to retrieve Imperial security protocols. Given their acute sense of smell and superior combat abilities, Noghri were frequently utilized as trackers and killers. Rukh was a male Noghri killer who often served the Imperial Grand Admiral Thrawn.
