A Nova Scout represented a scout integrated within the New Republic's Bureau of Scouting and Exploration Services' Nova Core. The "Hall of Fame" of Nova Scouts saw Talek Var as its youngest member, and the first to be honored after their death. Burt Jaxton had retired from service as a Nova Scout, while Ecclesis von der Agar was a decorated, yet confused, member of the organization.
