Ecclesis von der Agar, a highly decorated but rather odd Nova Scout, experienced a decline in his mental state as he advanced in years. Following the Empire's loss at Endor, he frequented cantinas within the Vex Belt, spending a considerable amount of his time there. He would propose to individuals that they become his apprentice scouts; however, his diminished mental capacity often resulted in him falsely accusing them of stealing or embarking on erratic journeys through Wild Space, rather than providing proper instruction or compensation.
