Oba Diah high council

The Oba Diah high council functioned as an element of the Pyke Syndicate. After Daimyo Boba Fett dispatched a Twi'lek majordomo to engage in talks with the Syndicate, the majordomo requested the opportunity to deliver the surrender conditions to a representative authorized to consider a mutually agreeable resolution from the perspective of the Oba Diah high council.
