Oliver Ho, a martial artist, portrayed Faris in the Obi-Wan Kenobi TV series, alongside his twin brother Jonathan Ho, who is also a martial artist. They filmed their scenes during the summer of 2021 and had the opportunity to meet and act with Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen. The "Part IV" scene, where Obi-Wan Kenobi discovers their character's preserved remains, involved the use of wire work. To transform their character into a Theelin featuring small horns and spotted, mottled skin, both actors wore specialized make-up, though this is not particularly noticeable in the final footage.
