Oracle Base, a highly classified installation, functioned as a crucial hub for the Rebel Alliance located on Tel III within the Tel Minor system. Throughout the duration of the Galactic Civil War, this base served as the central command center for all Rebel activities occurring in the Brak sector.
The commanding officer at Oracle Base was General Trep Reskan. Prior to his enlistment in Rogue Squadron, Will Scotian also served at this installation.
