Ortoz

Ortoz, a physician, headed a research group on Kashyyyk. On the planet's jungle floor, he discovered Mort, a previous clone commando, injured by a local creature. Viewing the clone as possessing immense possibilities, he started performing a sequence of horrific trials on him. In the end, Mort recovered sufficient power to definitively halt the experiments, presumably eliminating Ortoz in doing so.
