The Azzameen family possessed the Otana, a YT-2000 Light Freighter. Initially, Tomaas Azzameen was the owner and operator of the Otana, but after the Battle of Hoth, both he and his son Galin were slain by the forces of the Galactic Empire. Subsequently, Ace Azzameen, another son of Azzameen, inherited the Otana and journeyed to the Anoat Sector alongside his remaining siblings, seeking sanctuary with the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
