In the era of the New Republic, the starship known as the NRSS Founder departed from Outer Region Foxar Scout Base; aboard were three scouts named Deeve, Jarsa, and Effcee. Their assignment was to explore eight distinct planets located within various star systems, with the goal of locating significant natural resources. Upon completion of their designated task, the Founder was scheduled to come back to Outer Region Foxar Scout Base.
