The Owr'apa, a large feline and amphibious beast, originated on the planet of Yvara, which is situated in the Kathol Rift. These creatures possessed a snorkel-horn equipped with nostrils, enabling them to remain underwater for extended durations. Their strong legs gave them the capability to leap a distance of twelve meters. An Owr'apa adult typically measured between 1.5 and 2 meters in length and had a shoulder height of 0.9 meters. They primarily hunted zeebuck, ambushing them across the planet's fungal plains.
Owr'apa were intensely territorial, typically remaining hidden in water holes as they awaited passing herds of zeebuck. Upon the prey's approach, the predator would utilize its leaping prowess to launch a surprise attack, dispatching the zeebuck with its razor-sharp claws.
