Ozzmos Roberts, a Bith male who worked as a banker, was employed by the InterGalactic Banking Clan during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Following the Battle of Yavin, Roberts journeyed to Tatooine, specifically the small desert settlement of Wayfar, where his objective was to convince wealthy individuals to establish savings accounts with the Banking Clan.
Within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, Ozzmos Roberts appeared as a non-player character. This massively multiplayer online role-playing game was originally developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts until it was shut down on December 15, 2011. The character of Ozzmos Roberts was integrated into the game through the release of Game Update 9 on April 30, 2009. Alongside Lt. Jarad Gastin and Major Caleb Knolar, he was one of three NPCs introduced in the update to serve as credit sinks, aiming to reduce the amount of money circulating in the game's economy and control inflation. Players could earn the title "Millionaire" by spending one million credits, or "Billionaire" for spending one billion.
The name Ozzmos is a reference to a Quality Assurance team member at Sony Online Entertainment.
